Labor and Employment Law

As our primary practice area, the labor and employment practice area offers advice related to businesses' day-to-day needs and their Human Resource Departments. We offer representation and guidance with Labor Commission claims, DFEH complaints, Cal/OSHA citations, workplace investigations, wage and hour audits, employment policies and procedures, employee handbooks, severance agreements, and provide onsite training and consultation.
